PEPPERONI BREAD
bread or pizza dough, unthawed (I use store-bought)
thin pepperoni slices (Hormel)
shredded Mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning (McCormick)
crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
thinly sliced potato

Roll dough in rectangular form on slightly floured counter.

Place thin pepperoni slices on paper towel on dish. Microwave pepperoni for about 45 seconds and blot pepperoni with paper towel to absorb any grease.

Place pepperoni slices generously on dough. Lay the potato slices over the pepperoni. Cover with Mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle on Italian seasonings. For a spicier bread, sprinkle crushed red pepper seasoning on top. Roll dough oblong length, tuck dough ends in and crease the dough edges.

Place dough creased side down on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 10 to 15 minutes (or until top of dough is browned).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
