PEPPERONI BREAD 
Bread or pizza dough, defrosted
Pepperoni slices, thin
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Italian seasoning
Crushed red pepper, optional

Roll dough in rectangular form on slightly floured counter. Place thin pepperoni slices on paper towel, dish. Microwave pepperoni for about 45 seconds and blot pepperoni with a paper towel to absorb grease. Place pepperoni slices generously on dough. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle on Italian seasonings. Sprinkle crushed red pepper seasoning on top (if you want a spicier bread).

Roll dough oblong length, tuck dough ends in and crease the dough edges. Place dough creased side down on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 425°F (until top of dough is browned).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
