PEPPERONI & SAUSAGE PIZZA BREAD
This recipe is quick and easy and only cost me $11 to make for me and my friends. I am a college student and I needed something to whip up that wouldn't cost much or take too much time. Hope you enjoy!

French bread, hoagie rolls (or any kind of bread)
butter
spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
Italian sausage (bulk roll)
Pepperoni slices (Hormel)
Mozzarella cheese, for sprinkling

Start by cutting the French bread (or any other kind of rolls or bread) in half the long ways (if using regular loaf of bread then do not cut in half).

Place the bread halves on a non-stick cookie sheet and brush the insides with a little butter. Let the bread toast in the oven at 375°F for about 3 to 5 minutes or until crispy around the edges.

Meanwhile, cook the sausage in a pan until brown. Once the bread is toasty, remove from the oven.

Spread spaghetti sauce over the surface of the bread and then add pepperoni. I used about 5 slices of pepperoni per piece of bread.

Once the sausage is finished cooking, add the sausage on top of the pepperoni. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and place back in the oven. Remove from the oven once the cheese is melted and enjoy!

Have used this for years. It IS great. I turn it into a "combination" pizza... by adding cooked sausage, hamburger, green pepper, onion, black olives, etc., Almost anything works. Cheese on top - holds everything together. Thank you for submitting. You have probably made hundreds of people very happy - by showing them how simple - something so great... could be. Please - submit any other great recipes you might use... as in Ramen noodles, etc, Love all the quick/easy stuff.
