PIZZA BREAD 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1 onion, chopped
4 oz. pepperoni, sliced
1 (2 oz.) can sliced olives, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Roll out bread dough to 12 inch rectangle on floured surface. Spread with pizza sauce. Layer with sausage, onion, pepperoni and olives. Top with 1 cup cheese. Roll as for jelly roll, pressing edges to seal.

Place on greased baking sheet; cut vent. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until brown. Cool slightly. Cut into thick slices. This easy recipe is excellent for picnics.
