CHERRY PIE FILLING CAKE 
2 cans cherry pie filling
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. nuts
2 sticks butter

Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Put in pie filling. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and chopped nuts. Melt 2 sticks butter and drizzle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

We call this Dump Cake. We make it in many flavors. With the cherry my family loves it when I use chocolate fudge cake mix. We do not add nuts. My family also likes apple pie filling with spice cake mix. Peach filling we use butter cake mix. I've even done pumpkin. This is my go to, easy dessert and a family favorite.
