POLYNESIAN BARBECUE PORK
TENDERLOIN
 
1 lb. pork tenderloin, sliced
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine meat and remaining ingredients in a saucepan, simmer 1 hour. Let set overnight in refrigerator for a better flavor. Reheat and serve.
