BARBECUED PORK TENDERLOINS 
2 whole pork tenderloins (about 12 oz. each)
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry red wine
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 clove crushed garlic
1 green onion cut in half

Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey, cinnamon, garlic and onion in large bowl. Add pork, turning tenderloins to coat completely. Cover and let stand room temperature 1 hour or refrigerate overnight, turn occasionally.

Drain pork, reserve marinade. Place pork on wire rack over baking pan. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Baste during baking. Cut pork in thin slices, garnish and serve.

I tried this-very good, but too much fuss for me-I have been using pork tenderloin for my BBQ pork sandwiches for many years - my family and friends love it!! I just remove any fat, brown the tenderloins with some fresh garlic, then toss them into my slow cooker in enough bbq sauce to cover for the day (about 5 hours) the bbq sauce can be homemade or bottled-either way, it comes out better than any pulled pork sandwich I've ever had!! Try it...
