2 sticks butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, cocoa, and water to a boil. Add rest of ingredients to chocolate mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Bring butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil; add to powdered sugar. Add vanilla and nuts. Frost immediately from oven.
