TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; add sour cream and eggs. In saucepan melt butter; add water and cocoa. Mix and bring to a boil. Remove from heat; beat to mix well. Add to flour mixture, mixing thoroughly.

Pour into greased 15x18 inch cookie sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until edges come away from pan.

ICING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
Nuts and-or maraschino cherries (optional)
