TEXAS SHEET CAKE IV 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa (Hershey's powdered)

ICING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

CAKE: Bring butter, cocoa and water to a boil. Put the flour, sugar, sour cream, salt and soda into a bowl and add the boiling mixture all at once to this. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 11"x15" cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

ICING: Bring butter, milk and cocoa to a boil, then add box of powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread this hot mixture evenly over cake.
