TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. pecans
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. milk
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, add cocoa, mix. Bring to a light boil. Add powdered sugar and milk. Spread on hot cake.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use jelly roll pan with sides (15 1/2 x 10 1/2) and grease well. Melt butter in saucepan. Add cocoa and water. Bring to a boil. Take off heat, add sugar, flour, soda and salt, stirring until well mixed. Add eggs and sour cream, mix well. Pour into greased pan. Bake 15 minutes. While it's baking, prepare the icing. Spread it over the hot cake right out of the oven.
