MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. ground hamburg
1 medium size jar salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 small curd cottage cheese
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. shredded taco cheese mix (Mexican mix)

You will also need a 13 x 9 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook hamburg; drain fat and add taco mix and 1/2 salsa and mix. Blend cream cheese and cottage together with hand mixer until smooth. Spread cheese mixture into bottom of pan. Add hamburg mixture and spread out on top of cheese. Add remaining salsa on top of hamburg. Spread shredded cheese on top of entire surface and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until cheese has melted. Serve with taco chips.
