VERONICA'S VEGETABLE SWISS
MEDLEY
 
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen carrots, thawed and drained
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (or Mozzarella)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimento, drained
1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onions

Mix all ingredients (except onions) and put in large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put onions on for the last 10 to 15 minutes.
