VEGETABLE SWISS MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, frozen - thaw
1/3 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 sm. can French fried onions
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix vegetables, sour cream, mushroom soup, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, 1/2 cup French fried onions and pepper. Place in 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with rest of cheese and onions and bake 5 more minutes.
