“FROSTED PUMPKIN COOKIES” IS IN:

FROSTED PUMPKIN COOKIES 
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup seedless raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups butterscotch bits
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix oil, sugar and pumpkin together. Add egg and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
4 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. canned pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup confectioners' sugar (or more, if needed)
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook butter, milk, pumpkin and brown sugar until dissolved. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Spread on warm cookies.

Makes 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
