BAKED CHICKEN WITH TASTY GRAVY 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut into pieces with skin on
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
Paprika

Place chicken in casserole dish and mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken pieces. Sprinkle with paprika and cook in oven or microwave until tender. Serve over rice or noodles or potatoes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
