2 c. grated zucchini
1 lb. crab meat
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. grated cheese

Combine the grated zucchini, crab meat, lemon juice, garlic, butter, pepper and sugar in a bowl. Mix well. Stir in sour cream and spoon the mixture into a casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and bake for 45 minutes in a 300 degree oven. Serves 4.
