SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE WITH
PEEE-CANS
 
3 c. Georgia peee-cans (chopped)
3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. butter
1 c. sour cream

Save some flour for nuts to keep from clumping.

In mixer cream butter and sugar. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each. Add flour and sour cream alternately, mix well and fold in nuts. Bake in tube pan 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Remove from pan immediately.

Mama makes this the best for my sister's (Kay and Susan) and me for our birthday cakes.
