IRENE'S CHEESE PIE 
2 lbs. cottage cheese, blended smooth in food processor
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sour cream

Prepare two 9-inch unbaked pie crusts. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cheese, sugar, and cornstarch; stir in vanilla and butter. Add beaten eggs. Fold in sour cream. Pour mixture evenly into prepared pie crusts and sprinkle tops with cinnamon. Bake 1 hour.
