EGG NOODLE LASAGNA 
3 c. uncooked med. egg noodles
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook noodles according to directions; rinse and drain. Brown hamburger with onion. Stir in tomato sauce and paste, water and seasonings. In small bowl combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Spread half of meat mixture in 1 1/2 quart shallow pan. Top with noodles and cover with cheese mixture. Carefully spread remaining meat mixture over top. Sprinkle with the cheeses and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes. Serve. 6-8 servings.

Quick and delicious using easy to find ingredients at the store. Speed up the process by swapping out the canned tomato products and spices with jarred marinara sauce.
The cook can also substitute cheeses already found in refrigerator that need to be used up!
Taste even better the next day.
Make in the morning and pop in refrigerator for an easy after work dinner.
