STRAWBERRY SYRUP 
6 c. strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 tbsp. and 1 tsp. lemon juice

Crush berries and strain overnight. Measure juice to 1 cup. Combine juice, sugar and syrup in a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat stirring until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil and continue to boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Skim foam from the top. Add lemon juice.
