CREAMY CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) whipping cream (Cool Whip)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Ready crust pie shell (graham cracker)

Put room temperature cream cheese in medium bowl and whip for about 3 minutes. Add vanilla and sugar, whip for 1 minute. Add sour cream and whip again thoroughly, about 2 minutes. Add whipping cream, beat for 5 minutes. Pour in pie shell and chill for 2 to 4 hours. Also can be topped with strawberries, cherries and bananas.
