CREAMY MICROWAVE CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
9 inch graham cracker crust

Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Cook on medium 4 to 5 minutes; stir twice. Pour into pie crust. Cook at medium 3 to 4 minutes or until center is almost set. Chill overnight.

CRUST:

1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. crumbs (graham, chocolate or vanilla wafers)

Combine butter and sugar. Cook until butter is melted in a glass bowl. Combine crumbs. Firmly pat in glass pie plate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
