MICROWAVE CHEERLEADER CHEESECAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Topping of your choice

Place butter in 2-quart utility dish. Heat on full powder for 1 minute or until melted. Blend in crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon. Press crumb mixture firmly against bottom and sides of dish. Bake 1 1/2 minutes or until firm.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in sugar ad vanilla, until sooth and creamy. Pour over crust. Bake on medium high (8) for 12-15 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Blend well and pour over cheesecake. Bake on medium high (8) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Chill. Serve with fruit topping of your choice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I used to make this all the time in my old microwave that didn't have a turntable. Made it last night and 9x13-inch dish did fit well on turntable. Noticed this version calls for 2-quart dish - going to try that size for next one.
