CREAMY CHEESE CAKE | |
1 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 1/2 lb. Philadelphia brand cream cheese (3 - 8 oz. pkgs.) Dash of salt 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 c. whipping cream Mix crumbs and butter and line 10 inch spring form pan. Set in refrigerator until cheese mix is ready. Mix cheese, salt, sugar, eggs until smooth. Add lemon juice and cream. Mix and pour over crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake is set. Mix with spoon 1 pint sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over baked cheese cake. Put in oven at 475 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool in refrigerator overnight. |
