CHEESE CAKE PIE | |
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. water 1 graham cracker crust 1 Wilderness pie filling (cherry or blueberry) Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature (softened). Cream that with the powdered sugar. Then add water and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crust. Top with pie filling. Set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour and serve. |
