ORANGE GINGER PORK CHOPS 
4 lean pork loin chops
1 orange, squeezed and then quartered
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Trim fat from chops and place in oblong microproof baking dish. Pour the squeezed orange juice over. Cover with waxed paper; cook on 70 (roast) 12 minutes. Meanwhile, mix spices. Turn chops over, sprinkle with spices. Place orange quarter on top of each chop and press down to release the orange zest. Cook covered, on High (maximum power) 10 minutes. Top each chop with spoonful of sour cream and let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.

2 servings, or more by increasing chops and oranges, NOT spices.

VARIATION: SPICED APPLE PORK CHOPS:

Spiced apple rings
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. apple juice
