CREAMY VEGGIE BAKE 
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. frozen vegetable medleys (choose 2 different kinds for variety)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 (10 oz.) frozen peas
Beau Monde seasoning (3/4 tsp./to taste)
Salt (1/2 to 1 tsp.)/to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
1 c. shredded cheese (for topping)

Cook together frozen vegetables and seasonings, drain. In large casserole, combine cooked vegetables, soup and eggs beaten into milk. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese over vegetables.

Into Bisquick cut butter. Sprinkle Bisquick mixture over cheese and top with remaining cup of cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until topping is brown.
