BAKED SQUASH 
7 sm. squash (yellow)
1/2 c. cream
1/4 c. crushed saltine crackers
1 sm. onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
Bread crumbs

Slice squash, then boil in salted water until done. Saute onion in butter. Drain squash and pour into buttered casserole dish. Add cream, crackers and onions. Top with a few bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake in 400 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Serves 10 to 12.
