1 lg. head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Place cauliflower in a large bowl and cover the top. Microwave on HI for 9 minutes. Take out. Mix all ingredients together except for the cheese. Place cauliflower on plate and ice with mixture. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Microwave on HI for another 2 minutes.
