2 pkgs. dry onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot jam
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
2 cut up chickens

Mix first three ingredients together and pour over chicken in casserole dish or 9 x 13. Bake uncovered 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
