SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3-4 med. to lg. yellow summer squash, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 onion, coarsely chopped
Sm. jar pimento
3-4 stalks celery, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. tarragon

Wash and prepare vegetables; place in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Marinate 1 hour. Cook on grill over medium heat until crisp tender, approximately 20 minutes. Stir frequently and cover while cooking.
