STRAWBERRY ANGEL DELIGHT 
1 lg. strawberry Jello
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 lg. box strawberries, thawed
1 lg. carton whipped topping
Coconut to cover top

Combine Jello, water, sugar and strawberries. Chill until thick. Break up angel food cake into small pieces and place in large mixing bowl. Add Jello mixture and whipped topping, mix. Put into large rectangular pan. Smooth out top of mixture and chill overnight. May add more whipped topping and sprinkle with coconut before serving. Keep refrigerated.
