STRAWBERRY ANGEL FOOD DELIGHT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries (thawed)
Pinch salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix together and let thicken in freezer. Add Cool Whip (small) and mix. Cut Angel Food cake in half and break up in dish. Pour mixture over half of cake, then add other cake, then mixture, etc. Mix well and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours. Serve.
