2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil 2 sticks butter, 1 cup water, and 4 tablespoons cocoa. Add to remaining ingredients. Grease and flour large cookie sheet pan. Pour in and bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes.

ICING:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. nuts
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar

Heat butter, cocoa, and milk. Add remaining ingredients and pour over cooled cake.
