SALMON LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained & flaked
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
Dash of pepper

Mix lightly; put in a buttered baking dish, 8"x12". Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
