SALMON LOAF WITH WHITE SAUCE 
1 can salmon (or 2 pint jars of home canned fish)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. hopped celery
1 c. cracker crumbs (22 crackers)
1/2 c. milk

Mix well and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with white sauce to pour over as gravy.
