SALMON LOAF 
1 can red salmon
1 c. crushed crackers or bread crumbs
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Mix together. Pour into greased baking dish, form into a loaf. Top with extra crumbs, butter and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. It's good with cream gravy and peas poured over the top.
