SALMON LOAF 
1 can salmon (2 c.)
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 eggs
Milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix well and place in loaf pan. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Gertrude serves with scalloped potatoes and a salad.
