MOM'S SKILLET MACARONI 
1/2 c. (2 oz.) dry macaroni per person
butter (2-3 tbsp. for 4 servings)
Cheese (2 oz. per person)
Egg (1 per 2 servings)

Cook macaroni in boiling water. Allow plenty of water in pan. Stir to prevent sticking. Add small amount of oil to water to help prevent macaroni sticking together. Cook al dente. Drain.

Melt butter in skillet. Stir in macaroni and coat with butter to prevent sticking. Cube cheese and place on top of macaroni. Cover skillet, let cheese melt. Stir to coat all macaroni with cheese. Add egg(s). Stir until egg is set or done. Serve immediately.
