ELZADA'S SWEET - SOUR RIBS 
5 lbs. short ribs
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
Pepper to taste
2 c. sliced onions
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water

Mix salt, flour, and pepper. Put over short ribs. Place ribs in baking pan or dish. Put onions over top of ribs.

Mix all other ingredients together and pour over all the ribs. Bake 3 hours at 350 degrees.
