SWEET AND SOUR RIBS 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. spareribs, cut into sm. pieces
Flour
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped

Shake ribs in flour in sack. Brown in skillet in hot oil, drain. Add sugar and vinegar to ribs. Cook until sauce thickens. Add undrained pineapple and soy sauce, bring to a boil, and simmer until sauce thickens, stirring frequently. Add vegetables 10 minutes before serving. Serves 4 to 5.
