SWEET SOUR SHORT RIBS 
8 to 10 short ribs
2 lg. onions
3/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water

The day before serving, mix the last six ingredients together and pour over ribs in a large casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Cool and refrigerate covered overnight. Skim off hardened fat and slice onions on top. Warm in oven before serving. Serves: 4.
