SWEET SOUR RIBS 
2 or 3 lb. country ribs
1 c. catsup
3/4 plus 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/8 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine catsup, vinegar, water, and sugar. Pour over salted ribs. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 2 hours.
