1 c. salad oil
1 c. catsup
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. onion, sliced

Beat all ingredients except onion in order given with rotary beater. Add onion slices and let dressing stand 30 minutes. Remove onion slices. Dressing will keep several months.
