CREAMED SPINACH 
1 box frozen spinach (fresh can be used)
1/2 c. chopped onion
Butter
3 tsp. flour
Milk
Salt to season
Dash of nutmeg

Cook frozen spinach and chop fine. Saute' onion in butter, then add spinach and mix. Next stir in flour, mix well and gradually add milk and cook until it is as thick as you like it. Season with salt and nutmeg.
