TOASTED ALMONDS AND PECANS | |
Mix 1 lb. each almonds and pecans. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, stir every 10 minutes. Let cool slightly. Melt 1 stick butter in saucepan large enough to hold all the nuts. Pour nuts into butter, mix lightly. Empty onto the baking pan lined with a paper towel. Salt lightly. Cool. Store in airtight plastic ziplock bag. |
