TOASTED COCONUT PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut (1 c.)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Thoroughly combine eggs, sugar, butter, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir in coconut and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
