ARTICHOKES WITH SPINACH 
1 can artichokes
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
Cracker crumbs or croutons
Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach according to directions and drain well. Add butter, cream cheese and lemon juice to cooked spinach. Blend together. Place artichokes in bottom of greased casserole. Add spinach mixture. Top with cracker crumbs or croutons and Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
