ARTICHOKE CHEESE DIP 
2 cans artichoke hearts, not marinated
2-3 cloves garlic
2 triangle pkg. fresh Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Cut up artichoke hearts into small pieces. Chop garlic cloves. Grate cheese. Mix all ingredients together and place into a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until the top is bubbly and lightly brown. Serve with Pepperidge Farms "Hearty Wheat Crackers or cracker of your choice.
